Into it’s 3rd training session, the women have begun to think critically about the process of developing a business plan. This involves tactically conceptualising how we brainstorm – working together in a team and delegating “hats” to the various participants. The “6 Thinking Hats” practice was adopted during the session, with many of the women assuming the hats at various points throughout. These include cautious, creative, neutral etc. At the end, the women began to formulate their business plans on paper, and present to the group – while those observing gave feedback at the end.
